Yeo Valley Organic will be attending and sponsoring Groundswell for the first time on the 22nd and 23rd of June. The Regenerative Agriculture Show and Conference will be hosted at Lannock Manor Farm, Hertfordshire.

Groundswell is an annual event that aims to raise awareness about conservation agriculture and regenerative systems, showcasing ways of working with nature to grow food in a sustainable way. The event is open to both farmers and anyone who is interested in learning more about the theory and application of different systems like cover crops and no-till to improve soil health.

This year we are getting involved by sponsoring the ‘Old Dairy Tent’, one of the key speaker stages that can seat up to 300 people! It is an opportunity to celebrate the positive choices we all can make to create a better farming system. We hope our speakers, through thought-provoking talks and panel discussions, can help inspire and change habits.

Our very own Tom White, Regenerative Farming Project Manger, will be leading a talk on the Yeo Valley Regenerative Organic Farming Project, with the help of a panel of experts including The Farm Carbon Toolkit. The aim of the project to help understand the real impact of our soil carbon stocks within our farming pool in the battle to slow down climate change.

With over 120 speaker sessions taking place over the two day event there’s lots of great opportunity to network with others who share our passion for restoring soil health!

During Groundswell we will also be handing out samples of our products, including our Kefir yogurt and cheese! It is also an opportunity to highlight the benefits of organic farming.

We are really excited to have the opportunity to share more about our focus on Regenerative Organic Farming at Groundswell 2022 with the public!

You can follow along with the event on social media to find out more about what Yeo Valley is doing to support Regenerative Agriculture.
